Great value for money. Good facilities for those travelling by car.
Felt unwelcome, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel had a charming and cozy decor, with beautiful furnishings and traditional touches. The common areas were well-maintained and had a nostalgic feel. The hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with comfortable seating areas and handrails throughout.
A better vacation for senior people would have been enhanced with more attentive assistance from the children working at the hotel.

The price at this place was super reasonable, especially compared to other options! And the best part? No issues with roommates! The staff was awesome and easy to communicate with. Although they charged a bit extra for late arrival, I had already informed them beforehand and they assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Plus, they provided free Wi-Fi and equipped the room with an electric kettle and cookware. One more thing - I appreciate the no smoking policy on site.

The hotel's decoration was simply lovely, with beautiful floral patterns and soft colors that made me feel at home. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, making it easy to navigate around. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with well-lit hallways and handrails in the staircases to assist me.
I would have asked for better vacation for senior people if the staff had been more attentive. It would have been helpful if they had been more considerate and understanding of our needs.

I would have appreciated better services for senior guests. The children working there should have been more attentive to our needs and provided additional support for a comfortable stay.

I stayed at this property on Samuel Street and found the prices to be comparatively good. There was no issue with sharing the property with others, and the staff's communication was excellent. However, I was charged extra upon arrival, even though I had informed them earlier about my arrival time. They had reassured me at that time that there would be no problem.
Nothing, everything was excellent. 👍

I recently stayed at a hotel for a brief trip to Crewe and I had a fantastic experience. The price was very reasonable compared to other options in the area. I appreciated that they allowed multiple people to share the property, making it convenient for group travelers. The staff was excellent and their communication was top-notch. They even accommodated my late arrival, although they charged me a little extra for it. it was a positive stay with no major issues.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed the cozy and homely atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was lovely, with beautiful curtains and comfortable armchairs in the common areas. It made me feel right at home. In addition, the hotel was very accessible for seniors like me, with no stairs to climb and everything on one floor. It was a relief not to have to worry about navigating through different levels or using elevators.
I would have liked to see more options for activities and entertainment specifically catered towards senior guests. It would have been nice if the children working there had organized more elderly-friendly events or provided suggestions for things to do in the area that are suitable for people my age.

The nearest airport was like a world away! Chester Racecourse made me feel like a speedy jockey. And Alton Towers. so close, yet so far from my 100-year-old mattress.
The bedding smelled like a charming mix of old and used. Lovely!

There were a few downsides to my stay. the mattress was very old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
